How do I pair using NFC pairing?
OpenComm can use Near Field Communication to pair to other devices that are NFC capable. This will allow you to pair to another device by touch, rather than going through your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Hold the Volume+ button to power on the headset.
- Position the NFC sign area on the right arm of the headset close to the NFC detection area on the device you are connecting to.
- The blue LED will flash once and OpenComm says "connected" when the headset has paired successfully. You may have to confirm the connection on the screen of the device that you are connecting to as well.

Press and hold the volume+ and volume- buttons simultaneously for two seconds while on a call. Audrey will say “Mute On.” Please note, this feature may not work with all applications. You may have to use the "mute" function in the application to mute your microphone.

How do I change the EQ setting?
To switch between your EQ settings, hold both the Volume+ and Volume- for two seconds while music is playing. You will hear Audrey announce the new mode to confirm that the action was successful.
How do I check the battery status?
Click the volume+ or volume- button while music is paused. Audrey says “Battery High,” “Battery Medium,” “Battery Low,” or “Charge Me.”
Click the volume+ or volume- buttons while music is playing to increase or decrease volume levels.
- Start with your headset powered off.
- Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on, and then the LED light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode.
- Press and hold the multifunction button (located on the right earpiece), volume+ button, and volume- (all three buttons) button simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. You'll hear two beeps and/or feel two vibrations. This may take several attempts.
- Turn your headset off to complete the reset.
- Start with your headset powered off.
- Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding volume+ until the LED flashes red and blue.
- Double-click the multifunction button. Audrey will announce the new language. Audrey speaks four languages so you may have to repeat this step a few times.
How do I set up multipoint pairing?
- Start with your headset powered off and cleared from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding volume+ for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on (continue holding the button) and then the LED will flash red and blue.
- Press and hold the multifunction button and volume+ button for 2-3 seconds. Audrey says "Multipoint Enabled."
- Open your first device's Bluetooth settings and select your headset. Audrey says "Connected."
- Turn your headset off.
- Re-enter pairing mode by pressing and holding volume+ for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on (continue holding the button) and then the LED will flash red and blue.
- Open your second device's Bluetooth settings and select your OpenComm. Audrey says "Connected."
- Turn your headset off.
Your headset is now connected to both devices. While you won't be able to receive audio from both devices at the same time, you'll be able to seamlessly transition from one device to the other.

How to turn off multipoint pairing
1) Press and hold the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue indicating the headset is in pairing mode.
2) Next, hold the volume- button and multifunction button for three seconds while the headset is in pairing mode. Audrey will say "multipoint disabled."
