How do I clean my OpenComm?
We recommend that you clean your headset on a regular basis by rubbing them down with a clean, dry cloth.
How do I store my OpenComm?
When not in use, we suggest you store your headset in a safe, dry place within the portable hard case included with the purchase of your headphones.
What happens if my OpenComm get wet?
OpenComm is IP55 certified, so it should withstand rain, snow, and sweat; we recommend wiping down the headset and giving them time to air-dry before storing or charging.
The OpenComm charging port is also equipped with a moisture detection alarm. If moisture is present on the charging port when charging, the LED will flash blue and red while the headset beeps repeatedly. If this happens, please remove the charging cable and wipe the charging port with a dry cloth before attempting to charge again.
